Description
Human BTAF1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human BTAF1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Asn1255-Met1504, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. TATA-binding protein-associated factor 172 is a ~206 kDa protein. Regulates transcription in association with TATA binding protein (TBP). For research use only.
Removes TBP from the TATA box in an ATP-dependent manner.
