Human CD70 (BMS936561) Antibody (ADC, Payload-Free)
Human CD70 (BMS936561) Antibody (ADC, Payload-Free) is a research-grade biosimilar monoclonal antibody. It is a human IgG antibody. Reactivity: Human. Supplied as a liquid in 0.01M PBS pH 7.4. Supplied as the antibody component without the cytotoxic payload. Applications: ELISA, flow cytometry, functional assays and in vivo research. Endotoxin: < 10 EU/mg. Purity: >95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE. For research use only.
CD70 antigen is a ~21 kDa protein. Expressed at the plasma membrane of B cells, it is the ligand of the CD27 receptor which is specifically expressed at the surface of T cells. The CD70-CD27 signaling pathway mediates antigen-specific T cell activation and expansion which in turn provides immune surveillance of B cells.

Biological Activity:
CD70 (TNFSF7) is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the tumor necrosis factor superfamily and serves as the specific ligand for CD27. It mediates T and B cell activation, proliferation, and immune regulation; notably, it is aberrantly overexpressed in various tumors, making it a highly promising target for cancer immunotherapy.
