Human CDH15 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Leu61-Phe260, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 24.09 kDa. They preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells; cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. M-cadherin is part of the myogenic program and may provide a trigger for terminal muscle differentiation.
