Description
Human CLEC1B Recombinant Protein (C-His)
Human CLEC1B Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Gly96-Pro229, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 19.99 kDa. Purity: >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. C-type lectin domain family 1 member B is a ~26 kDa protein. C-type lectin-like receptor that serves as a platelet receptor for the lymphatic endothelial marker PDPN. For research use only.
Plays an essential role in blood/lymphatic vessel separation and thrombus formation through homophilic association. Acts as a negative regulator of lymphatic endothelial cell behavior by inhibiting proliferation, migration, and tube formation. Upon ligand binding, triggers a signaling cascade via sequential activation of SRC and SYK tyrosine kinases, leading to activation of PLCG2. Through this pathway, mediates platelet adhesion, aggregation, and secretion in response to PDPN-expressing cells.
