Description
Human CPNE1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human CPNE1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Ala537, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Copine-1 is a ~59 kDa protein. Calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein that plays a role in calcium-mediated intracellular processes. For research use only.
Involved in the TNF receptor signaling pathway in a calcium-dependent manner. Exhibits calcium-dependent phospholipid binding properties. Plays a role in neuronal progenitor cell differentiation; induces neurite outgrowth via a AKT-dependent signaling cascade and calcium-independent manner. May recruit target proteins to the cell membrane in a calcium-dependent manner.
