Human DNMBP Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human DNMBP Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Leu202, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Dynamin-binding protein is a ~177 kDa protein. Plays a critical role as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for CDC42 in several intracellular processes associated with the actin and microtubule cytoskeleton. For research use only.
Regulates the structure of apical junctions through F-actin organization in epithelial cells. Participates in the normal lumenogenesis of epithelial cell cysts by regulating spindle orientation. Plays a role in ciliogenesis. May play a role in membrane trafficking between the cell surface and the Golgi.
