Human DSPP Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ile16-Ala146, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 16.31 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Dentin sialophosphoprotein (DSPP) is a ~131 kDa protein. DSP may be an important factor in dentinogenesis. For research use only.
DPP may bind high amount of calcium and facilitate initial mineralization of dentin matrix collagen as well as regulate the size and shape of the crystals.
