Human DUSP11 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gly75-Trp255, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 23.54 kDa. RNA/RNP complex-1-interacting phosphatase (DUSP11) is a ~38 kDa protein. Possesses RNA 5'-triphosphatase and diphosphatase activities, but displays a poor protein-tyrosine phosphatase activity.
