Human DUSP2 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human DUSP2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-His314, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Dual specificity protein phosphatase 2 is a ~34 kDa protein. Dephosphorylates both phosphorylated Thr and Tyr residues in MAPK1, and dephosphorylation of phosphotyrosine is slightly faster than that of phosphothreonine. For research use only.
Can dephosphorylate MAPK1.
