Human ECI2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met31-Val241, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 25.5 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Enoyl-CoA delta isomerase 2 (ECI2) is a ~43 kDa protein. Able to isomerize both 3-cis and 3-trans double bonds into the 2-trans form in a range of enoyl-CoA species. For research use only.
