Description
Human ELF3 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human ELF3 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Thr273-Asn371, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 14.42 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. ETS-related transcription factor Elf-3 is a ~41 kDa protein. Transcriptional activator that binds and transactivates ETS sequences containing the consensus nucleotide core sequence GGA[AT]. For research use only.
Acts synergistically with POU2F3 to transactivate the SPRR2A promoter and with RUNX1 to transactivate the ANGPT1 promoter. Also transactivates collagenase, CCL20, CLND7, FLG, KRT8, NOS2, PTGS2, SPRR2B, TGFBR2 and TGM3 promoters. Represses KRT4 promoter activity. Involved in mediating vascular inflammation.
