Human ERBIN Recombinant Protein (N-GST & C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Lys1319-Val1407, with an N-terminal GST tag and a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 37.89 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. By binding the unphosphorylated 'Tyr-1248' of receptor ERBB2, it may contribute to stabilize this unphosphorylated state. Inhibits NOD2-dependent NF-kappa-B signaling and pro-inflammatory cytokine secretion.
