The Human F7 (Coagulation Factor VII) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the precise quantification of Coagulation Factor VII levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This advanced kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.Coagulation Factor VII, also known as serum prothrombin conversion accelerator, is a key protein in the blood clotting cascade. Dysregulation of this factor can lead to bleeding disorders or thrombotic events, making it a valuable biomarker for studying coagulation-related diseases and developing targeted therapies. With its ease of use and reliable performance, the Human F7 CLIA Kit from Assay Genie is an essential tool for researchers investigating coagulation disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and other conditions where Coagulation Factor VII plays a critical role.

This kit uses a sandwich chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) principle. The microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to the target protein. Standards or samples are added to the wells and bind to the immobilized antibody. A biotinylated detection antibody is then added, followed by HRP-conjugated streptavidin to form a sandwich complex. After washing to remove unbound components, a chemiluminescent substrate is added. The HRP enzyme catalyzes a light-emitting reaction. The intensity of the emitted light is directly proportional to the concentration of the target protein in the sample. The signal is measured using a luminometer, and the concentration of the analyte is calculated based on a standard curve.
