Human FLII Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Leu896-Phe1176, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 35.26 kDa. Protein flightless-1 homolog (FLII) is a ~144 kDa protein. It also plays a role in the assembly of cardiomyocyte cell adhesion complexes. Regulates cytoskeletal rearrangements involved in cytokinesis and cell migration, by inhibiting Rac1-dependent paxillin phosphorylation. May play a role as coactivator in transcriptional activation by hormone-activated nuclear receptors (NR) and acts in cooperation with NCOA2 and CARM1. Involved in estrogen hormone signaling.
