Human GPAA1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gln46-Phe368, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. GPI-anchor transamidase component GPAA1 is a ~67 kDa protein. Component of the glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchor (GPI-anchor) transamidase (GPI-T) complex that catalyzes the formation of the linkage between a proprotein and a GPI-anchor and participates in GPI anchored protein biosynthesis.
