Human HECTD3 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Glu464, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 54.09 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase HECTD3 is a ~97 kDa protein. E3 ubiquitin ligases accepts ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfers the ubiquitin to targeted substrates. For research use only.
Mediates ubiquitination of TRIOBP and its subsequent proteasomal degradation, thus facilitating cell cycle progression by regulating the turn-over of TRIOBP. Mediates also ubiquitination of STX8.
