Human HS6ST1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human HS6ST1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gly85-Asp330, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 30.81 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Heparan-sulfate 6-O-sulfotransferase 1 is a ~48 kDa protein. 6-O-sulfation enzyme which catalyzes the transfer of sulfate from 3'-phosphoadenosine 5'-phosphosulfate (PAPS) to position 6 of the N-sulfoglucosamine residue (GlcNS) of heparan sulfate. Critical for normal neuronal development where it may play a role in neuron branching. For research use only.
