Description
Human IL17RC Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human IL17RC Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Asn257-Asn477, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 27.2 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Interleukin-17 receptor C (IL17RC) is a ~86 kDa protein. Receptor for IL17A and IL17F, major effector cytokines of innate and adaptive immune system involved in antimicrobial host defense and maintenance of tissue integrity. For research use only.
Receptor for IL17A and IL17F homodimers as part of a heterodimeric complex with IL17RA. Receptor for the heterodimer formed by IL17A and IL17B as part of a heterodimeric complex with IL17RA. Has also been shown to be the cognate receptor for IL17F and to bind IL17A with high affinity without the need for IL17RA.
