Human IL31 Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Leu22-Thr164, with a C-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Interleukin-31 (IL31) is a ~18 kDa protein. Activates STAT3 and possibly STAT1 and STAT5 through the IL31 heterodimeric receptor composed of IL31RA and OSMR. For research use only.
