Human IRE1 ELISA

ERN1 (Endoplasmic Reticulum To Nucleus Signaling 1) is a protein that is responsible for the transport of proteins from the endoplasmic reticulum to the nucleus. ERN1 has been shown to be essential for proper RNA processing and gene expression. ERN1 is upregulated in response to various types of stress, including heat shock, oxidative stress, and UV radiation. ERN1 has also been shown to play a role in tumorigenesis. Upregulation of ERN1 promotes tumor growth by increasing protein transport to the nucleus and facilitating gene expression.
