Human NPHP3 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human NPHP3 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ser586-Lys1042, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Nephrocystin-3 is a ~150 kDa protein. Required for normal ciliary development and function. For research use only.
Inhibits disheveled-1-induced canonical Wnt-signaling activity and may also play a role in the control of non-canonical Wnt signaling which regulates planar cell polarity. Probably acts as a molecular switch between different Wnt signaling pathways. Required for proper convergent extension cell movements.
