Human PAPPA2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Val507-Trp837, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Pappalysin-2 is a ~198 kDa protein. Metalloproteinase which specifically cleaves insulin-like growth factor binding protein (IGFBP)-5 at the '163-Ser-|-Lys-164' bond. For research use only.
