Human PDCD10 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Ala212, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Programmed cell death protein 10 is a ~24 kDa protein. Promotes cell proliferation. For research use only.
Modulates apoptotic pathways. Increases mitogen-activated protein kinase activity and STK26 activity. Important for cell migration, and for normal structure and assembly of the Golgi complex. Part of the striatin-interacting phosphatase and kinase (STRIPAK) complexes.
