Description
Human POLR2H Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human POLR2H Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Phe150, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 19.31 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. DNA-directed RNA polymerases I, II, and III subunit RPABC3 is a ~17 kDa protein. DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. For research use only.
Common component of RNA polymerases I, II and III which synthesize ribosomal RNA precursors, mRNA precursors and many functional non-coding RNAs, and small RNAs, such as 5S rRNA and tRNAs, respectively.
