Human RAP2A Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Gln183, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 22.78 kDa. Part of a signaling complex composed of NEDD4, RAP2A and TNIK which regulates neuronal dendrite extension and arborization during development. More generally, it is part of several signaling cascades and regulates cytoskeletal rearrangements, cell migration, cell adhesion and cell spreading.
