Human ROBO4 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gln33-Glu227, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 23.47 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Roundabout homolog 4 is a ~107 kDa protein. Receptor for Slit proteins, at least for SLIT2, and seems to be involved in angiogenesis and vascular patterning. For research use only.
May mediate the inhibition of primary endothelial cell migration by Slit proteins. Involved in the maintenance of endothelial barrier organization and function.
