Human ROR2 Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Glu34-Tyr406, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 45.05 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Tyrosine-protein kinase transmembrane receptor ROR2 (NTRKR2) is a ~104 kDa protein. Tyrosine-protein kinase receptor which may be involved in the early formation of the chondrocytes. It seems to be required for cartilage and growth plate development. Phosphorylates YWHAB, leading to induction of osteogenesis and bone formation. In contrast, has also been shown to have very little tyrosine kinase activity in vitro. May act as a receptor for wnt ligand WNT5A which may result in the inhibition of WNT3A-mediated signaling.
