Human SGSM3 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Gly382, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 45.52 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Small G protein signaling modulator 3 is a ~85 kDa protein. GTPase-activating protein (GAP) specific for Rab5 small GTPase for which it accelerates the intrinsic GTP hydrolysis rate, thereby controlling trafficking through the early endocytic pathway.
