Description
Human SLA Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human SLA Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ser24-Thr172, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 19.50 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Src-like-adapter is a ~31 kDa protein. Adapter protein, which negatively regulates T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling. For research use only.
Inhibits T-cell antigen-receptor induced activation of nuclear factor of activated T-cells. Involved in the negative regulation of positive selection and mitosis of T-cells. May act by linking signaling proteins such as ZAP70 with CBL, leading to a CBL dependent degradation of signaling proteins.
