Description
Human SRCAP Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human SRCAP Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Lys2044-Thr2197, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Chromatin remodeling protein SRCAP is a ~343 kDa protein. Acts both as a chromatin remodeler and transcription coregulator. For research use only.
Catalytic component of the SRCAP complex which mediates the ATP-dependent exchange of histone H2AZ/H2B dimers for nucleosomal H2A/H2B, leading to transcriptional regulation of selected genes expression through chromatin remodeling. Acts as a coactivator for CREB-mediated transcription, steroid receptor-mediated transcription, and Notch-mediated transcription. _x000D_ _x000D_
