Human UBE2N Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Ile152, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 19.30 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 N is a ~17 kDa protein. The UBE2V1-UBE2N and UBE2V2-UBE2N heterodimers catalyze the synthesis of non-canonical 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains.
