The [KO Validated] CDK2 Antibody (CAB18000) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific for CDK2 and has been validated for knockout (KO) studies, ensuring accurate and reliable results.CDK2, a member of the cyclin-dependent kinase family, plays a crucial role in regulating the cell cycle by controlling the progression from G1 to S phase. Dysregulation of CDK2 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, making it an attractive target for therapeutic intervention.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a member of a family of serine/threonine protein kinases that participate in cell cycle regulation. The encoded protein is the catalytic subunit of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase complex, which regulates progression through the cell cycle. Activity of this protein is especially critical during the G1 to S phase transition. This protein associates with and regulated by other subunits of the complex including cyclin A or E, CDK inhibitor p21Cip1 (CDKN1A), and p27Kip1 (CDKN1B). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
