Description
Mouse CD319/SLAMF7 Recombinant Protein (C-His)
Mouse CD319/SLAMF7 Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Met1-Gly224, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 25.64 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. SLAM family member 7 is a ~37 kDa protein. Self-ligand receptor of the signaling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM) family. For research use only.
SLAM receptors triggered by homo- or heterotypic cell-cell interactions are modulating the activation and differentiation of a wide variety of immune cells and thus are involved in the regulation and interconnection of both innate and adaptive immune response. Activities are controlled by presence or absence of small cytoplasmic adapter proteins, SH2D1A/SAP and/or SH2D1B/EAT-2. Mediates natural killer (NK) cell activation through a SH2D1A-independent extracellular signal-regulated ERK-mediated pathway. Positively regulates NK cell functions by a mechanism dependent on the adapter SH2D1B.
