Mouse IGFBP-3 (Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein 3) ELISA Kit
The Mouse IGFBP-3 (Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein 3) ELISA Kit is an advanced assay meticulously developed to quantitatively detect and analyze IGFBP-3 in various biological samples. IGFBP-3, a crucial member of the insulin-like growth factor binding protein family, plays a significant role in modulating the actions of insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) and is involved in regulating cellular processes such as growth, proliferation, and apoptosis. Accurate measurement of IGFBP-3 levels is vital for gaining insights into its functions in regulating IGF signaling pathways, as well as its potential implications in growth, development, and various physiological processes. By quantifying IGFBP-3 expression, researchers can decipher its roles in cellular growth control, senescence, and the modulation of IGF activities. The Mouse IGFBP-3 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise, reproducible, and dependable results. Manufactified under stringent quality control standards, this kit is designed to deliver robust performance and ease of use, making it an ideal choice for research studies investigating the complex interplay between IGFBP-3, IGFs, and cellular processes.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to the target protein. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and bind to the immobilized antibody. A biotinylated detection antibody specific to the target protein is then added, followed by Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well, resulting in a color change. Only wells containing the target protein, detection antibody, and HRP conjugate will develop a blue color. The reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution, resulting in a yellow color. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is directly proportional to the concentration of the target protein in the sample and is determined using a standard curve.
