Mouse RNASE4 Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in yeast cells, spanning Gln30-Arg148, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 15.17 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Ribonuclease 4 is a ~17 kDa protein. Cleaves preferentially after uridine bases. For research use only.
Has antimicrobial activity against uropathogenic E.coli (UPEC). Probably contributes to urinary tract sterility.
