Mouse TSLP Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Mouse TSLP Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Tyr20-Glu140, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Thymic stromal lymphopoietin is a ~16 kDa protein. Cytokine that induces the release of T-cell-attracting chemokines from monocytes and, in particular, enhances the maturation of CD11c(+) dendritic cells. For research use only.
Can induce allergic inflammation by directly activating mast cells.
