The Phospho-CDC37-S13 Monoclonal Antibody (CABP1141) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, meticulously developed using rabbit monoclonal technology, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards human samples, making it suitable for a range of applications including Western blotting.CDC37 is a molecular chaperone that plays a crucial role in the stabilization and activation of client protein kinases involved in cell growth and proliferation. Phosphorylation of CDC37 at serine 13 is known to modulate its interaction with client kinases, thereby influencing their activity and downstream signaling cascades.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is highly similar to Cdc 37, a cell division cycle control protein of Sacchromyces cerevisiae. This protein is a molecular chaperone with specific function in cell signal transduction. It has been shown to form complex with Hsp90 and a variety of protein kinases including CDK4, CDK6, SRC, RAF-1, MOK, as well as eIF2 alpha kinases. It is thought to play a critical role in directing Hsp90 to its target kinases.
