Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Capsid protein is a ~17 kDa protein. Capsid protein self-assembles to form rod-shaped virions about 18 nm in diameter with a central canal enclosing the viral genomic RNA. For research use only.
