The POU2F3 Antibody (CAB10054) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, has high specificity for human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications.POU2F3, also known as Skn-1a, plays a critical role in the differentiation and function of intestinal epithelial cells, making it a key player in maintaining gut homeostasis. Dysregulation of POU2F3 has been implicated in various gastrointestinal disorders, making it a promising target for therapeutic intervention.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Mouse samples.

This gene encodes a member of the POU domain family of transcription factors. POU domain transcription factors bind to a specific octamer DNA motif and regulate cell type-specific differentiation pathways. The encoded protein is primarily expressed in the epidermis, and plays a critical role in keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation. The encoded protein is also a candidate tumor suppressor protein, and aberrant promoter methylation of this gene may play a role in cervical cancer. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene.
