The Recombinant ACADM Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C371048) against ACADM. Acyl-CoA dehydrogenase specific for acyl chain lengths of 4 to 16 that catalyzes the initial step of fatty acid beta-oxidation. Utilizes the electron transfer flavoprotein (ETF) as an electron acceptor to transfer electrons to the main mitochondrial respiratory chain via ETF-ubiquinone oxidoreductase (ETF dehydrogenase). Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, HepG2 and IF analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the mitochondrion.
