Recombinant S100A8 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant S100A8 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C220030) against S100A8. This gene (IFNGR1) encodes the ligand-binding chain (alpha) of the gamma interferon receptor. Human interferon-gamma receptor is a heterodimer of IFNGR1 and IFNGR2. A genetic variation in IFNGR1 is associated with susceptibility to Helicobacter pylori infection. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse bone marrow and IHC analysis of Human tonsil, Mouse spleen.
