Recombinant S100A8 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant S100A8 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C121341) against S100A8. MRP8/S100A8 is a calcium- and zinc-binding protein which plays a prominent role in the regulation of inflammatory processes and immune response. It can induce neutrophil chemotaxis and adhesion. MRP8 has a wide plethora of intra- and extracellular functions. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and FCM applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Rat spleen, IHC analysis of Human tonsil, Mouse spleen, Rat spleen and FCM analysis of THP-1. The target is localized to the secreted, cytoplasm, membrane.
