Recombinant ACOX1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ACOX1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C173311) against ACOX1. Catalyzes the desaturation of acyl-CoAs to 2-trans-enoyl-CoAs. Isoform 1 shows highest activity against medium-chain fatty acyl-CoAs and activity decreases with increasing chain length. Isoform 2 is active against a much broader range of substrates and shows activity towards very long-chain acyl-CoAs. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Raw264.7, Mouse Liver and IF analysis of Hela.
