Recombinant AdSS 2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant AdSS 2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C173312) against AdSS 2. This gene encodes the enzyme adenylosuccinate synthetase which catalyzes the first committed step in the conversion of inosine monophosphate to adenosine monophosphate. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 17. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562, Rat Rat Brain, C6, 3T3, Hela and IF analysis of Hela.
