The Recombinant ALDH7A1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110054) against ALDH7A1. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of subfamily 7 in the aldehyde dehydrogenase gene family. These enzymes are thought to play a major role in the detoxification of aldehydes generated by alcohol metabolism and lipid peroxidation. This particular member has homology to a previously described protein from the green garden pea, the 26g pea turgor protein. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HepG2, HeLa, 293T, HT-29, A549, Mouse kindey, Mouse liver, Rat kidney, Rat liver, IHC analysis of Human liver, Mouse liver, Rat liver and IF analysis of HepG2.
Store at -20°C valid for 12 months. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.
