The Recombinant CD14 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110122) against CD14. The protein encoded by this gene is a surface antigen that is preferentially expressed on monocytes/macrophages. It cooperates with other proteins to mediate the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding the same protein. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HL-60, HepG2 and IF analysis of Human tonsil, HEK293. The target is localized to the cell membrane.
