Recombinant ATG3 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ATG3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110347) against ATG3. This gene encodes a ubiquitin-like-conjugating enzyme and is a component of ubiquitination-like systems involved in autophagy, the process of degradation, turnover and recycling of cytoplasmic constituents in eukaryotic cells. This protein is known to play a role in regulation of autophagy during cell death. A pseudogene of this gene is located on chromosome 20. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of 3T3-L1 and IHC analysis of Human esophageal cancer. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
