Recombinant ATG9A Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ATG9A Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C311417) against ATG9A. ATG9A are lipid scramblases that play a role in autophagosome expansion. ATG9A is present in numerous intracellular compartments, including the trans-Golgi network and early and recycling endosomes, and traffics through the secretory pathway to the plasma membrane and to the endocytic pathway from the plasma membrane. ATG9A protects cells against plasma membrane damage caused by a spectrum of exogenous and endogenous agents, including permeabilization by gasdermin and mixed lineage kinase domain like (MLKL), which generate pores at the plasma membrane or perturb plasma membrane integrity, respectively, during programmed cell death processes of pyroptosis and necroptosis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HepG2, HeLa, IHC analysis of Human thyroid cancer, IF analysis of HepG2 and FCM analysis of HepG2. The target is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, endosome.
