Recombinant Bcr Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Bcr Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C721501) against Bcr. Break point cluster region protein (Bcr) is encoded by the Bcr gene. The Bcr gene, mapping on chromosome22, was orginally identified by its presence in the chimeric Bcr-Abl oncogene. Although the BCR-ABL fusion protein has been extensively studied, the function of the normal BCR gene product is not clear. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Jurkat, HEK-293, PC-12 and IHC analysis of Human cerebrum, Human kidney, Human placenta. The target is localized to the synapse, dendritic spine, axon.
