Recombinant BLyS/TNFSF13B/BAFF Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant BLyS/TNFSF13B/BAFF Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C370120) against TNFSF13B. The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for receptors TNFRSF13B/TACI, TNFRSF17/BCMA, and TNFRSF13C/BAFFR. This cytokine is expressed in B cell lineage cells, and acts as a potent B cell activator. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of U937. The target is localized to the cell membrane, secreted.
